Elliot Han is an experienced financial and legal professional in the blockchain ecosystem, digital assets and its respective markets. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Passport, which is the blockchain travel solutions project of Tink Labs / handy.travel, the HK-based unicorn.
Prior to Passport, Elliot was the Head of Banking at The Argon Group, the boutique investment bank focused exclusively on the digital finance sector.
He also has extensive experience in the traditional financial markets having been the Head of the West Coast technology equity capital markets team for Jefferies, the mid-market investment bank. Previously, he was an Executive Director, Business Unit Manager and Operating Officer for the UK and Emerging Markets teams in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs in London, where he focused on a variety of industries, including leading the TMT capital markets effort.
Elliot has also spent time as a corporate lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. He began his professional career at Credit Suisse / Credit Suisse First Boston in their investment banking division. He was also a White House intern during President Bill Clinton’s administration focusing on domestic policy. In addition, he currently serves as an advisor & consultant to various early-stage technology companies, domestic and international.
Elliot is a graduate of Columbia University (BA), Oxford University (Master’s) and Cambridge University (law and Master’s).
